Hearth & Home Technologies, the industry leader in fireplace and stove design and manufacturing, is in search of a Product Innovation Intern to join our
Product Innovation team in
Lakeville, MN! Our internship will run for approximately 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
Each summer, 15 to 20 students from a variety of majors, join the HHT family for a summer focused on hands on learning, professional development, and networking. This is a paid internship at $24.00 per hour.
Each summer HHT interns receive a project (or two!) for the summer and work directly with a mentor for technical and professional guidance. Throughout the summer, professional development sessions are provided for interns including opportunities to learn from and network with senior leadership.
As a Product Innovation Intern, you will make an impact by working directly with our senior scientists and engineers to develop new, innovative hearth solutions. As part of their assigned project, the intern will research new technologies, create physical prototypes, test potential solutions, and analyze, document and communicate results.
