LOCATION: Tinker AFB ABOUT THE JOB The Tepa Companies are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant (PAA) provides support to project management and field teams. The PAA conducts daily administrative tasks and provides administrative support to the construction site project-based team. The PAA provides efficient and effective support directly to the field and will be the primary point of contact for field and office staff regarding subcontractor employee hours and labor classifications, as well as coordinating intra-office communication and streamlining administrative procedures.
