EnSafe is accepting applications for an entry-level Geologist, Engineer, or Environmental Scientist to join our professional team in the Atlanta, GA area.

For over 44 years, EnSafe has provided regulatory compliance, site assessment, engineering, and remediation services to private industry and all levels of government. EnSafe has adeptly and concurrently executed hundreds of cleanups at military installations, Superfund sites, Airports, and other Commercial, Federal, and State sites.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Geologist, Engineer, or Environmental Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to a variety of environmental consulting projects. The ideal candidate will embrace challenges, thrive in a collaborative environment, and actively seek mentorship from Project Managers.

At EnSafe, our projects span a broad spectrum, including regulatory compliance tasks and site remedial investigations for both traditional contaminants and emerging concerns such as PFAS. What You Will Be Doing:

* Assisting project managers to coordinate and implement investigation and remediation projects.

* Executing Work Plans and/or Sampling and Analysis Plans and coordinating investigation and remediation activities such as monitoring well installation, remediation oversight, and soil, groundwater, indoor air, soil gas, and stormwater sampling.

* Working with project teams to prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports and to create and maintain scientific spreadsheets and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally, including overnight travel (fieldwork/travel up to 30%).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to project sites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
