Workplace, Operations Manager

The Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating an exceptional officeexperience, providing operational support with a strong focus on customer service,while working in collaboration with the Workplace Team to provide and maintain apositive office environment. You are an individual who thrives in a fast paced, everevolving environment, who possesses strong communication skills and the ability tosuccessfully prioritize and execute tasks in alignment with the overall goals of theteam. * Serves as the first point of contact for employees, managing requests,facilitating a positive office experience.

* Contributes to and facilitates in the management of an ongoing delightfulemployee experience by providing operational support and maintaining thegeneral organization and esthetic of the physical office spaces

* Assists in maintaining and further enhancing the current Workplace programs(ex: mailroom operations, internal event, etc)

*Build an active relationship with business partners and teams to assess teamallocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage - throughobservation, provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas.

* Maintain spatial data within the space management tool and ensure accuracy ofinformation

* Participate with building audits to verify employee locations, furniture layoutand room configurations are correctly noted in the space management tool.

* Coordinate with the Senior Planning Manager to maintain space standard ratiosfor on/offline rooms and office standards and solutions, as well as define spacerelated programs to improve team member experience.

* Facilitates and maintains relationships with building vendors, such as cateringprograms, landlord, snack program, etc.

* Maintain budgets and track expenses for multiple different areas of thebusiness.

* Acts as the single point of contact for all building related issues.

* Other site specific duties and support may be required.

* A passion for providing exceptional customer service through human connectionand and ongoing operations support

* 4+ years of management experience or related project management experience

* 4+ years of property and/or facilities management

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships across departments, work collaboratively.

* Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) isstrongly encouraged

* Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of budget tracking &maintenance.
