Responsibilities

Provides support to all aspects of the office operations. Answers all incoming phone calls, greets patients, and provides appointments to patients in person and by phone. Distributes and maintains incoming faxes and mail. Reconciles all patient invoices and payments at the end of the day.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required
2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Customer Services experience required
