Overview:

The Solutions Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of Solution Voucher Programs to ensure successful, sell-through, revenue activation, within scope, and within budget implementation. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including operations, commercial leadership, project managers, team members, department heads, and executives, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. The Solutions Program Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives, growing sales volume, and growing gross margin for Solution Services. In addition, the Solutions Program Manager is responsible for advising, consulting, and influencing the PPE & MRO Division to promote Wurth Safety Solutions while driving sales coordination and collaboration. The Solutions Program Manager will assist as requested to resolve past due account issues, prepare contracts and bids, provide customer feedback to management, and recommend strategies to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Lastly the Solutions Program Manager will work with vendor partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Promote all Solutions Services, SRX, Boot & Shoe and Instrumentation/Service/Rental.
  • Works with leadership to build strategic business plans to profitably achieve National Goals.
  • Execute sales performance and customer relations while consistently achieving established sales goals to exceed budget. Foster Solution Key Account relationships.
  • Coordinate between Eye Care Professionals, On-Site Dispensers and Solutions Support for SRX related activities.
  • Represents division at internal meetings, key customer events and industry trade shows.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for Solution Voucher Programs to include training and certification.
  • Government coordination Bids & oversight (NASPO, OMNIA, GSA).
  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Manage Solutions reporting & analysis.
  • Develop and maintain program governance structure, processes, and documentation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Drive sales activity within Corporate Accounts, Verticals and BDM channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and executive leadership.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact program success.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycles and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the program. Allocate resources effectively to support program activities.
  • Manage dependencies between programs and resources as well as technology development.
  • Ensure that the commercial organization has the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Develop and manage program budgets.
  • Track expenses and ensure spending is within budget.
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Provide timely updates on program status, milestones, and risks.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for program deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communications with the Solution teams and stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales results with 5 to 10 years sales management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Industry client relations experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible work schedule and occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel are expected, up to 40%.

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
