Job Duties: As a Recruiter, the daily duties include developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process, while collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. This role entails identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the available roles, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
