HVAC Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent training
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between properties

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, heat exchangers)
• Conduct repairs on boilers, diagnose airflow and duct issues, and ensure EPA-compliant refrigerant use
• Address mechanical, electrical, and system failures (circuit boards, compressors, leaks), with expertise in copper brazing
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
• Use technology to manage work orders, create reports, and submit logs
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, providing estimates and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Complete safety and compliance training, attend safety meetings, and take on additional tasks as needed
