Job Title: ISV Account Manager Genesys is seeking talented individuals to join our team to grow a world-class Enterprise B2B marketplace (AppFoundry) and help evolve one of the most strategic initiatives in one company. The AppFoundry marketplace and partner program makes it easier for customers to get value from the Genesys platform(s) by reducing friction related to sourcing, procurement, deployment and support of third-party integrations and add-on applications. For partners, the AppFoundry enterprise marketplace provides a direct path to market for their solutions, a searchable marketplace for customers to discover new solutions, and reduces friction associated with sales and deployment of new applications by allowing customers to purchase and install new applications directly from the marketplace. As a member of the AppFoundry marketplace team, you will manage our Elite ISV Partners to guide them to success in managing their applications & solutions on Genesys' Enterprise Marketplace - AppFoundry at https://appfoundry.genesys.com. You will work closely with the entire partner ecosystem and Genesys sales team and a primary focus on opportunity management, deal & business strategy alignment with our Elite ISV Partner. You will promote, advocate, and work with our enterprise marketplace partners across the Genesys ecosystem, as well as our partner management & sales teams and channel partners. Responsibilities In your role as ISV Account Manager, you manage all opportunity related activities with our selected high-value Elite AppFoundry partners. As part of our AppFoundry team, you will be responsible for the success of our partner ecosystem and drive their growth as part of the marketplace. As part of your role, you will be exposed to a variety of opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred
You will be working in a global team with global partners. You have a creative and strategic mind, would like to work on a program in hyper-growth mode inside a mature company, love to communicate, can mix business and marketing, and be part of developing a strategic business unit within Genesys. Your success will be measured by the experience and the success of our Elite partners regarding their sales activities and the number of deals closed, leading to active subscriptions and booking commitment. Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $121,200.00 - $225,200.00Benefits:
