Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR Technology and Operations team. The intern will support various HR functions, with a primary focus on enhancing the TAG Data Book through building data visuals via Power BI. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR Tech & Ops team to understand data requirements and objectives.
Extract, clean, and analyze data from the TAG Data Book.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visuals.
Assist in providing training and documentation to team members on using and interpreting Power BI dashboards.
Support other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
