Bloc Blinds Manufacturing are looking for a sales Manager to join our team in DFW, to drive growth and expansion in Dallas and the US Market. As Sales manager you will drive business growth by understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. As Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in promoting our manufacturing capabilities, addressing client challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets. What we will ask of you: *Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that meet their specifications and budgets. *Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth. *Ensure that our customer base is fully informed of our offering, by developing and distributing marketing material *Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. *Prepare and manage proposals, quotations and documentation for clients. *Maintain your own technical knowledge to ensure you are confident and competent to deliver the USP and messaging on our brand. *Deal with outbound and inbound calls, promptly and professionally. *Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. *Actively participate in and contribute to sales meetings, ensuring that relevant reports are prepared and analysed, and always playing your part in other company projects that relate to achieving overall sales and growth objectives. *Deliver sales training to customers via video call and in person (in person can be at stores or at regional or national events) *Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production and quality to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. *Communicate customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and process improvements. *Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets. *Skills* Administrative support, Administration, Customer service, Customer support, microsoft office, manufacturing, order management, invoice resolution *Top Skills Details* Administrative support,Administration,Customer service,Customer support,microsoft office,manufacturing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* What we are looking for: Essential *Bachelor's degree in business or related field or min 5 years equivalent experience in sales is also acceptable. *A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. *Experience with different sales methodologies (e.g. B2B, B2C, retail). *Prior experience in leading a sales team, mentoring and setting sales strategies. *Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans. *Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills. *Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools. *Self-motivated, goal oriented, and results driven. *Experience of managing large, complex accounts or projects. *Skills in motivating, coaching and leading a diverse team. *A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address client challenges effectively. *Goal driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales and growth. *Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00 Bloc Group is a dynamic and innovation company operating in the manufacturing sector.
