Group: Utility Infrastructure Position: Project Engineer Location: Indianapolis, IN The Project Engineer position includes design, analysis, and construction document preparation for a variety of water, wastewater and stormwater projects including, but not limited to: water distribution, pumping stations, finished water storage, wastewater collection, lift stations, water and wastewater treatment, stormwater management, green infrastructure, and utility relocation projects. Tasks include master planning, preparation of design drawings, specifications, calculations, permitting, construction administration and technical writing. Other responsibilities may include presentations and client communication. Project Engineers work under the direction and mentoring of Project Managers and Technical Directors. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field Certification: Indiana Professional Engineering license, or ability to obtain within six months after employment Experience:
Travel: Occasional day trips to project sites and client meetings Field Work: Occasional site assessment, field measurements, construction observation |
