Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and operational support. This role requires a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of financial data, KPIs, and operational processes to help drive the company's growth in a highly competitive environment and ensure overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail or restaurant chains and a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish Processes: Develop and implement basic financial processes, ensuring the company operates efficiently and effectively.
  • KPI Management: Define, monitor, and control key performance indicators to track the company's financial and operational health.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into financial data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support the company's short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and warehousing teams to address pain points and streamline operations.
  • Retail Focus: Leverage experience in retail or restaurant chain environments to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Hands-On Approach: Take a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality to tackle challenges, ensuring close involvement in day-to-day financial activities.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a CFO
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, data analysis, and KPI management.
  • Experience in retail or restaurant chains with logistics and supply chain knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
