The Role:

We are looking for our next HR Shared Services Sr. Specialist within our HR Shared Services team. The HR Shared Services Sr. Specialist will be responsible for helping bring best in class service and support to our employees through; Workday data management, ticket support response, managing data feeds, reporting & metrics, and helping to advance our HRIS & HRSS agenda.

This position is hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) located in Geneva, IL or Philadelphia, PA or Queretaro, Mexico

Compensation:

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $78,185 - $103,700. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Workday HCM processes for the Americas, ensuring data accuracy and compliance from hire to retire.

  • Oversee HRIS, payroll, and Time & Attendance data, including employee changes, benefits, and tax setups.

  • Maintain and monitor data feeds and system interfaces.

  • Provide Tier 1 support and case management within established SLAs.

  • Guide employees and managers in utilizing self-service tools and resources.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on document management and knowledge base updates.

  • Create and refine procedures and deliver training on Workday HCM processes to enhance end-user adoption.

  • Conduct and support data quality audits and reporting to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and contribute to HR digitalization and regionalization projects.

  • Support HR system upgrades, testing, and the evaluation of new technologies.

What You'll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services for large, multi-site organizations.

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and HR-related IT systems.

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish or Portuguese (strongly preferred).

  • Experience with unionized workforces (preferred).

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills.

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

  • Curious and solution-driven mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position.

Business Travel:

  • Occasional travel may be requested for team gatherings, but not required.
