As we continue to write our story, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly and professional voice of Fiskars. In this pivotal role, you will manage customer accounts, resolve complaints, and ensure every interaction leaves our customers delighted. Your mission is clear: to infuse creativity and curiosity into our consumer experience, ensuring that our products don't just meet but exceed consumer expectations.

This position is based in Middleton, WI, US and reports to Audra Revord - Customer Service Manager. This role is full-time and offers a flexible hybrid working environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Dive into customer calls and emails each day, ready to tackle any issues or questions about orders with a friendly and efficient approach.
  • Ensure every customer feels valued and well-served by meticulously maintaining all orders.
  • Keep customer pricing accurate and resolve any discrepancies with your investigative skills.
  • Handle sample order requests enthusiastically, supporting our sales and marketing teams.
  • Investigate and correct invoicing discrepancies, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Participate in exciting projects, sharing your insights and contributing to process improvements.
  • Be the go-to person for any IT issues, leading the way in finding quick solutions.
  • Serve as a Key User for our systems, becoming a cornerstone of knowledge for your team and leading training sessions.
  • Analyze daily reports and metrics, sharing your findings with the team to keep everyone informed and on track.
  • Provide thoughtful solutions to daily inquiries from internal staff, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You bring 1-3 years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others.
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Your keyboarding and data entry skills are top-notch, with both alpha and numeric proficiency.
  • You excel in communication, organization, analysis, and interpersonal interactions.
  • You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks with ease.
  • You are proficient in database management and JDE systems, always ready to learn and adapt.
