Superintendent The Superintendent takes a hands-on approach to field management, focusing on managing and generally overseeing specific tasks for one project at a time, ensuring dedicated attention to detail and successful completion. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Supervises and supports Foremen, crews, and subcontractors to organize, plan, and schedule projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality completion. resources, including equipment, materials, and labor. and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
