Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Description

Maintain and repair all foundry equipment. Work independently with limited supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform gas and arc weld, to include arc and flame cutting.
• Perform basic electrical wiring.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical trouble shooting. PLC experience is preferred.
• Responsible for and knowledge of ordering parts.
• Occasionally performs pipe-fitting procedures.
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic system equipment
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Basic Math (Decimals and fractions); Basic Reading (Interpretation of drawings, understanding and use of written instructions); Basic Writing (Knowledge of electrical wiring, pipefitting, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, etc. to perform repairs). Must be able to perform the above listed responsibilities.
