Supply Chain Manager

UDR Consulting, Inc. (UDR)is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring that all materials and resources are available for our construction projects. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to optimize operations, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring materials are stocked and readily available for projects.
• Utilize data analysis to forecast demand and adjust supply chain processes accordingly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to assess material needs and timelines.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all supply chain operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role within the consultancyindustry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and relationships.
