Acara Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager supporting Technical Sales to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity

End client is located in Prescott AZ
Salary up to 100K with 15% bonus potential
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales for products that are widely used in both civilian and military applications, including aviation, emergency services, law enforcement, and marine.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Lead the creation of customer quotations and proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Drive sales performance and conduct product presentations to prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company's ethics, safety policies, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years minimum experience in Military, law enforcement, aerospace or defense industries
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, aerospace products, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
