Highlights of your role

Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain process documentation.

Develop production line layouts. Analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems by leading problem solving groups.
Actively deploy and train lean concepts throughout the organization.
Investigate quality concerns to determine root cause and prevent quality issues from leaving the facility.

Compensation

Annually- $81,000-$108,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
Minimum 1 year of project management and process improvement experience

Also want to make sure you have

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills
