Our Company The Opportunity The Director of Americas Benefits is responsible for leading all aspects of the design, implementation, and management of the benefits programs with a focus on Health, Welfare and Work & Life benefits across the Americas region. This individual will ensure that benefits offerings are competitive, follow local regulations, and aligned with the company's overall business strategy and employee needs. The role will collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure our benefits support the overall employee value proposition. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Global Benefits. It can be based either in the San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle. What You'll Do Benefits Strategy and Program Development:

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
