Machine Operator - Post Press Department (Card Printing Company)

1st and 2nd Shift Available

We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators with manufacturing and post-press experience to join our team in a card printing company. If you have a passion for precision and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery in the post-press department (e.g., MBO buckle folders, cutting and binding equipment).
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for various jobs.
• Ensure production quality by monitoring equipment performance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow company procedures for stacking, folding, and processing printed materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator in a post-press environment preferred.
• Familiarity with printing or card production machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new equipment and processes.
• Willingness to work on either the 1st shift (day) or 2nd shift (afternoon/evening).

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8am-3pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

Pay Rate:

$17-$18/hr
