We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide critical and timely pre and post-sales support to the global corporate sales customers and teams. You would be responsible for ensuring timely information delivery and service to customers to increase customer satisfaction; and coordinating with corporate sales teams to optimize the sales process. The successful candidate would assist with ensuring compliance with policy governance and internal processes are kept to. Having a strong customer focus with a high level of customer service is key to success in this role.

How you will make an impact:

  • With minimal supervision provide pre support for customers and colleagues efficiently and effectively. Including responding to complex queries, assisting with preparing proposals & quotations, running reports and presentations.
  • Drive strong customer and partner relationships for renewal and repeat business by providing a high level of post-sale customer support.
  • Drive process improvement and build scale to our business by developing new processes as required and drive existing process improvement to maintain service levels.
  • Working with customers and colleagues to drive business and relationships by providing data driven reporting to support customers and aid business decision making.

Desired Skills:

  • Have a high level of organizational skills combined with high levels of accuracy.
  • Have a strong customer service background within a sales environment is a must.
  • Are self-disciplined with demonstrated ability in managing conflicting priorities
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers via phone and email.
  • Highly skilled user of MS Office, especially in Excel and quick to learn in-house systems.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to relate successfully to people at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Desirable: Have an interest in sales. Someone who is looking to learn about the Wiley Corporate Sales business with the aim of moving into an Account Manager role when available.
