Position Function |
Reporting to the Sr Executive Director, the Senior
HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the Human Resources functionality within Workday. In consultation with key stakeholders, identify areas of improvement and develop and implement solutions. Support the day-to-day technology and operations of the
HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules in Workday (HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, etc.). Write and maintain a variety of reports or queries utilizing Workday, Excel, Tableau and other data analytical tools. |
Minimum Education |
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education such as an Associate's degree and two years of additional experience or four years of additional related experience. |
Minimum Experience |
At least five years of related experience to include system configuration, reporting, and data analysis. |
Minimum Other |
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders. Able to maintain confidentiality and judgement in handling sensitive, critical, private, and protected information. |

Preferred Education |
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. |
Preferred Experience |
Experience with Workday
HCM to include developing reports, system configuration, and data analysis. Project management experience. Experience working in a higher education environment. |
Preferred Other |
Workday certification. Strong understanding of HR-related functions and processes. |
