Lindner Center of HOPE is a nationally renowned psychiatric center of excellence located in Mason, Ohio, committed to providing state of the art care to patients at all levels of care. We continue to expand our services and are looking for a Licensed Independent Social Worker to serve as the Director of the Addictions Outpatient Program to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with other very talented psychiatrists and health care professionals in a variety of psychiatric specialties. LCOH is part of the UC Health network and is affiliated with the Mayo Clinic. The Director of Addictions Intensive Outpatient Program will direct all components of the Addictions Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and manage services for the addiction component of the adult and adolescent residential programs. The Director of Addictions Intensive Outpatient Program will oversee all aspects of the IOP program including the addictions specialist, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. This position will provide assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and group therapies in the Addictions IOP program three (3) evenings a week, as well as provide group and individual clinical work with addiction and co-occurring disorder patients in both outpatient and residential programs. The Director of Addictions Intensive Outpatient Program will be expected to work evening hours Monday through Thursday. Essential Functions
Required Education
Master's Degree must be in Social Work or clinical mental health counseling program, clinical rehabilitation counseling program, or addiction counseling program. Required Trainings/Certifications
State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Required Experience
Two (2) years of supervised social work experience. Additional Qualifications Considered
