About the Opportunity At NewCo, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Product and Portfolio team, you will oversee and support the implementation of new client onboarding as well as expanding services for existing clients. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of Rawlings' products and services, ensuring smooth and effective implementations that meet both client expectations and internal objectives. You will work closely with the Implementation team, clients, and various internal departments to manage and resolve challenges and ensure the timely execution of all implementation tasks. What you'll do
- Participate actively in the client implementation process by leading tasks related to onboarding new clients and expanding services for existing ones.
- Identify barriers to successful implementation and contribute to problem resolution to meet target project timelines.
- Compile relevant information in preparation for client kick-off meetings, as well as recurring implementation meetings. Design presentation materials that clearly convey project progress, status, and expectations.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Address client concerns and resolve routine queries in a timely manner.
- Execute implementation tasks related to client expansions, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are met. Work in tandem with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries, providing updates, and offering solutions to any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Lead internal and external implementation calls, ensuring that action items are clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Effectively prioritize and multitask in a self-sufficient manner to meet both internal and external deadlines. Adapt quickly to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes or tools used during an implementation to ensure workflows are efficient.
- Assist with training new implementation staff members, which includes assisting with developing training materials, assist with post-training support, and collaborating with leadership to continuously improve the training content.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the successful implementation of Rawlings' products and services.
What experience you bring (Role Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field required.
- Experience in implementation or project management is required, experience in a client-facing project management or implementation role is preferred.
- Previous experience in Payment Integrity, Subrogation, Workers' Compensation, or Drug Claim Payment Integrity is highly desirable.
- Strong background in the health insurance industry or previous experience working with health insurance services or related fields is required.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills are essential. Creative flair in designing presentations is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise reports and presentations.
- The ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences and engage in professional client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to assess client needs, respond promptly, and adjust priorities when necessary.

Pay range: This is an exempt position. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location. What's in it for you
