Manager, Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a small but mighty recruitment team and enhance our talent acquisition strategy at Primient.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with business leaders and HR partners to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with Primient's growth and operational needs. You will play a key role in refining hiring processes, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.

While this position supports hiring across various locations and business areas, the initial focus will be on recruitment efforts for our manufacturing sites with roles ranging from process operations through engineering and plant management.

This role has an opportunity to contribute to meaningful talent strategies that support Primient's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) while helping to build and retain a strong workforce for long-term success.

As a member of our extended human resources leadership team, you will work alongside senior and functional leaders to drive the strategy that ensures our teams remain our greatest asset.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to execute and improve recruiting initiatives:

  • Recruit Talent: Oversee coordination of the Talent Acquisition Team to successfully support the full-cycle recruitment for early-career, experienced, and managerial roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a strong talent pipeline for future business needs.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing forward-thinking recruiting plans that aligns with business growth objectives, focusing on scalability, market competitiveness, and Primient's vision for inclusivity.
  • Champion DE&I in Hiring: Help drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices by partnering with HR and DE&I teams to embed diversity strategies across the recruitment process.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with executives, HR leadership, and other stakeholders, including Regional HR Business Partners, to co-create and support recruiting strategies that address evolving talent needs.
  • Elevate Employer Brand: Collaborate with Communications and DE&I practitioners to enhance our employer branding efforts, reinforcing Primient's position as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
  • Streamline Hiring Processes: Support the implementation of standardized recruitment practices, including structured interviews and clear evaluation criteria, to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition Team, Training, Metrics and Reporting: Guide tam to meet KPIs, Establish training, metrics and KPIs to ensure and measure TA effectiveness, support workforce planning, and inform strategic adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR-related functions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level recruiting role.
  • Knowledge of DE&I Hiring Practices: Experience supporting or implementing inclusive hiring initiatives that promote diverse talent representation.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing techniques, and workforce planning, particularly for manufacturing and 24/7 shift-based environments.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools, with an understanding of data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities. adaptable with a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a plus.

Location

This role is open to candidates across our global office locations, with 3 days in office 2 days remote work schedule. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with travel to other locations occasionally.

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $110,560.00 - $138,200.00 and is bonus eligible.

Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
