What You'll Do

• Be a Leader: Supervise, train, and inspire our amazing aquatics staff, including lifeguards and instructors.
• Stay Active: Assist in daily operations of the aquatic center, provide safety oversight, and lead by example with lifesaving skills like CPR and first aid.
• Create Memories: Help design and run programs, events, and swim lessons that our community will love.
• Ensure Safety: Conduct regular drills, maintain equipment, and enforce safety policies to keep our pool a fun and secure space.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Perform water tests, keep records up to date, and assist with administrative tasks.

• Age: 18+
• Experience: 3+ years in an aquatic setting, with 1+ year of leadership preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication (bonus if you're bilingual in Spanish!), teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Physical Ability: Be ready to stay on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, TEAMS, and SharePoint.
• Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid are a must. Extra certifications like Lifeguard Instructor or Pool Operator? Even better!
