Job Summary
The Customer Success Agent for Dental Practices is responsible for managing relationships with dental offices to ensure they are engaged, understand the benefits of our programs, and actively recommend patients. This role focuses on retaining and growing dental office participation by providing a personalized and consultative experience while promoting our products and services. Success in this position requires a combination of strategic account management, relationship-building, and effective communication.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with dental offices, serving as their primary point of contact and providing tools, materials, and training for success.
- Retain and grow dental office participation by offering a personalized experience and promoting products and marketing programs effectively.
- Reengage dormant accounts and maintain consistent contact with actively producing accounts through a structured call cycle to drive engagement and growth.
- Educate dental office managers and treatment coordinators on available products, services, and marketing materials to optimize program participation.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory and recommend tailored solutions to dental offices.
- Leverage CRM systems and technology to manage call schedules, track account activity, maintain accurate customer records, and assess sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, reconcile problems, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure account satisfaction and success.
- Perform pre-call planning to maximize the effectiveness of account interactions and uncover potential sales opportunities.
- Actively manage and service assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication, issue resolution, and program implementation.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention goals through strategic account management and consultative selling techniques.
- Provide high-quality customer service during all interactions, delivering professional and engaging experience to dental offices.
- Participate in team collaborations, including call reviews and training sessions, to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes, completing tasks efficiently and in compliance with standards.
- Work remotely using provided technology to support team meetings, communications, and individual management sessions.
- Demonstrate commitment to company core values and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to achieve organizational objectives.
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Qualifications
Must have:
- Typically 3 or more years of related experience.
- Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience
- Dental experience a plus
- Ability to work with Dental Customers/Prospects
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening, and organizations skills
- Strong selling, customer service and negotiation skills
- Good telephone etiquette with the ability to call out to and answer a high volume of calls
- Ability to effectively answer inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Self-starter and team player working in a remote environment
- Driven to meet and surpass goals/targets
- Can handle high volumes of calls
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Work independently with limited supervision in a remote work environment
- Able to learn applicable computer systems and software

The pay for this position $21/hr. This role is also eligible for commission pay.
