The Senior Recruiter will work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.They identify as a "go-getter" who can build and maintain professional networks and is not afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. This is someone who enjoys the hunt and being able to find top talent for our client's hard-to-fill positions. Location: Remotely working from either Monterrey, Mexico or Dallas, TX. Salary Range: The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $85,000 and $95,000 USD annually, or equivalency of 1,722,129.36 and 1,924,732.81 MXN annually. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
