Work Shift:

Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Process Engineer will oversee and accesses existing processes and workflows. optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures. Will develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Execute projects identified in conjunction with the leadership team on time and within budget
  • Understand engineering principles
  • Perform equipment risk assessments to identify potential equipment failure and resolve prior to failure
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Maximize equipment efficiency
  • Design and test process upgrades and new process systems
  • Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met.
  • Manage internal and external projects which may extend to suppliers and contract Manufacturers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
  • Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and customer impact
  • Assures customer delivery and quality is not impacted by project execution
  • Interface with team to establish project plans which will insure a smooth introduction into Manufacturing
  • Create and document new processes as required.
  • Ensures effective PM process is in place to eliminate unplanned equipment downtime
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance team as needed
  • Accountable for improving equipment availability and for the advancement of preventative and predictive maintenance programs as well as the achievement of plant reliability excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable work experience
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects

Targeted Pay Range:

$81,900.00 - $101,200.00
