*THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE. 1 DAY/WEEK IN-OFFICE. Strongbridge is recruiting for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist / Office Manager. The HR Generalist portion of the role entails responsibility for providing comprehensive HR and admin support across a range of functions, including recruitment/onboarding, training and development, compliance, benefits, performance management, employee morale/events and employee communication. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR programs and processes align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. The Office Manager portion of the role requires a blend of administrative, managerial, and organizational skills to assist management and back-office staff with recurring and ad-hoc tasks, and to facilitate office operations. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, and an ability to multitask and problem solve. This position will be part of a small back-office team reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Anticipated Duties and Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $70k-$75k The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
