We are seeking an Administrative Program Manager to lead gift-related initiatives. This role focuses on streamlining communication, reducing resource duplication, and driving project success. Key responsibilities include coordinating efforts across research, operations, business development, Marketing & Communications, and Philanthropy to ensure projects are well-planned, resourced, and completed on time.

The ideal candidate has strong project management, facilitation, and team-building skills. This role involves engaging stakeholders, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient program execution.

As a successful caniddate, you will:

* Project Oversight: Manage project reporting, financial planning, and resource allocation to meet goals and milestones, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.

* Operational Processes: Develop and refine policies, governance structures, and procedures to achieve project and gift objectives, monitoring progress and mitigating challenges.

* Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison among clinical, research, manufacturing, financial, philanthropy, and marketing teams, addressing outstanding issues and fostering collaboration.

* Gift Management: Oversee proposal solicitation, funding, and tracking of grants, ensuring compliance with donor and institutional policies, while providing consistent updates to leadership and donors.

* Meeting Coordination: Organize critical meetings, including Operations Committee, Advisory Boards, and donor visits, ensuring follow-ups on action items and clear communication of outcomes.

* Conflict Resolution: Identify and address project issues, escalating as needed, and collaborate with leadership to resolve barriers while promoting the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. in biology, immunology, or related life sciences preferred.

* At least 3 years in business/project management within academic or research settings, including budget oversight.

* Expertise in federal grant processes, translational project management, regulatory compliance, and/or clinical trials.
