In September, Sonoco announced it is performing a strategic review of the Thermoforming Flexible Packaging (TFP) business unit. In order to support a newly formed global packaging company with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion, we are seeking a Benefits & Compensation Manager that be responsible to oversees the implementation, administration, and evaluation of core benefits and compensation policies, programs, and processes. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources - TFP this position is responsible for vendor management, transactional workflows, and operational compliance, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Benefits and Compensation Manager plays a key role in analyzing data, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement. What you'll be doing:

Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $122,000 to $137,250, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary. An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
