As a member of the Global Compensation Team, you will provide analytical support to the evaluation and implementation of compensation plans, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives and define competitive practices in the area of global compensation. While this position focuses on the Americas region, you will also assist on projects that are global in nature and provide Compensation support for other regions as needed. Roles & Responsibilities
