Calling all night owls! Staffmark has an exciting full-time opportunity for you in Lima, OH. We are hiring an Production Machine Operator for our premier client. Bring your hard work ethic, efficiency, and dedication to learn and immerse yourself with a team that keeps your success at the forefront and provides you with lasting career opportunities! 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $20 per hour Requirements | Experience in machine operation + the ability to lift 40 pounds Production Machine Operator essential tasks: The role involves operating and starting up thermoforming machines and related equipment efficiently, including packaging, solving production issues, and adjusting machines. Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, managing transport/storage, and checking production quality according to specifications. Additional tasks involve supporting extrusion, operating grinders, handling waste and auxiliary materials, labeling products, and completing quality control forms. Emphasis is placed on ensuring quality by resolving issues, maintaining hygiene standards (BRC/FDA compliance), and adhering to safety protocols. Our benefits package includes:
