We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious, award winning property management team as an Assistant Maintenance Manager at our luxury apartment community in Liberty Towers, Jersey City, NJ. Perform daily building maintenance/operations and filling of resident work requests, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs and other duties that require physical effort. Position reports to on-site (Sr.) Maintenance Manager. Requirements include, but are not limited to:
