Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025.

About the role

You will be assisting our Marketing and Communications Director as she takes new products to market. FIS Loyalty Engagement Solutions is an exciting team to work with as you will be at the forefront of new product development from inception to market readiness to client acquisition and implementation. Be on the ground floor in product development understanding the consumer market, engagement behaviors, and personas as well as influence marketing schemas. Your insights and input will directly influence strategy and content.

Loyalty Engagement Solutions is a high-motivated and supportive team within FIS that works closely together to support over 3,100 clients and 9,000+ loyalty programs. We are led by highly energetic experts in the card loyalty industry with a passion for what we do. We focus on cutting-edge technology, robust scoring platforms, and a strategic arm that helps clients understand the market, their position and what their go-to-market strategy should be. We work with some of the largest banks and merchants in the country and always have an eye on what's next bringing innovative products to market.

WhatYouWillBeDoing

  • Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations and other customer-facing materials

  • Assist with Quarterly Newsletters

  • Assist with updating verbiage on various documents within the team

What You Bring

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
