Description Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Serve as an enterprise architect, bridging the gap between HR and IT perspectives. Partner with both IT and HR functions to design and implement effective solutions. Provide guidance on the necessary models and designs to support organizational goals. Develop and maintain an ecosystem that enhances user experiences. Lead and mentor teams, helping them understand and implement best practices. Deliver transformational change by aligning technology with business strategies. Remain technology agnostic, with the ability to work with various HCM systems including Workday, SAP, Oracle, and others. Understand and apply principles of Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities. Strong understanding of both HR and IT perspectives and the ability to bridge these views. Experience with Workday is highly desirable; experience with other HCM systems such as SAP or Oracle is also beneficial. Demonstrated ability to deliver transformational change within an organization. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
