We have a temp-to-hire opportunity available in Bentonville, AR, for an experienced Mechanical Lab Technician. The candidate selected will set up and perform various laboratory tests and procedures while maintaining laboratory equipment. If you have prior knowledge of proper laboratory techniques/protocols and the operation and maintenance of test equipment, you are the candidate we are looking for!

Pay: $20.17 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Mechanical Lab Technician Responsibilities



  • Set up laboratory equipment.
  • Conduct testing on customer products.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and minor repairs.
  • Receiving and shipping of equipment.
  • Assist engineering staff with lab-related duties.
  • Maintain a clean and safe lab environment.

Requirements



  • College education in science or engineering
  • Knowledge of proper laboratory techniques/protocols and the operation/maintenance of test equipment
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds
