Order Picker working up to 45 feet in heights Working in warehouse Great attendance policy Candidates looking for long term employment Must have longevity within their work history. 2 months here months there is not acceptable. Willing to train candidates who are recent graduates as long as they have good work history/schooling. Qualifications * Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance * Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required * Ability to excel in fast-paced environment * Post-offer background check & drug screen are required Responsibilities * Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations * Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner * Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System * Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments * Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times * Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units * Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas * Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management * Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm. The associate will go straight to 2nd shift for orientation. | |
