We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Agent to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you will cover several areas of our clients' business including Document Management, Release Services, and Title Group Services. Your efforts will ensure compliance with state regulations and contribute to the seamless operation of our partner company's dealership clients.

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm (with possibility of daily and weekend overtime)

Pay rate: $18/hr.

Document Agent essential tasks:



  • Respond to emails, faxes, and service tickets while assisting customers.
  • Use proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-ups.
  • Process vehicle title applications, duplicate requests, payments, and updates.
  • Maintain workflow standards, production goals, and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle incoming title requests, identify collateral documents, and process transactions.
  • Operate mail equipment and execute expedited or escalated transactions.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including occasional mandatory overtime, and perform other duties as needed.


Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
