Job Description Assist with the implementation and maintenance of assigned compensation programs to support business needs, including commissions and incentives, salary structure analysis, salary changes, and program analysis. Execute assigned compensation programs timely and accurately. Assess, recap, and audit current compensation programs through standard and ad hoc reporting to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Provide sophisticated analytic support to align compensation programs with business and HR strategic objectives. Act as a liaison to assigned business group to answer questions, provide relevant information regarding compensation programs, and evaluate relevant compensation programs as requested by business partners. Strong communication with assigned business partners. Research and resolve individual and group-wide compensation issues. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related field. |
