EMS and OBD-II Calibration & Validation

- Assist in EMS/OBD calibration and validation for North America requirements, including control function calibration and validation for mass production,

with a focus on Gasoline Particulate Filter and new technology development for enhanced emission regulations.

Project Support & Technical Problem-Solving

- Support team success by coordinating test and development plans, tracking project status, providing technical support for pre-production issues, and

delivering presentations on project milestones and results.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in EMS/OBD calibration and validation processes for North America requirements. They will contribute to successful project completion through active participation in validation tests, issue resolution, and the development of new technologies, culminating in presentations that highlight project achievements.

Minimum requirements

Pursuing bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering with minimum of a sophomore rating
Must have experience developing MATLAB or Python scripts for data analysis and visualization
Strong analytical capabilities, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to take responsibility for an engineering task related to emission reduction and develop a plan to execute it

Hands-on vehicle experience or student project experience in Formula SAE/Baja/Ecocar or robotics
