The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Pay Range: $157,000.00 - $243,400.00Job Description We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with specialized knowledge and experience in Salesforce to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a cohesive enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the technological landscape of our organization and drive transformative change. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into IAM solutions that meet security, compliance, and usability requirements. 2. Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability, and with consideration on the appropriate long-term solution. 3. Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions. 4. Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation. 5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC. 6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. 7. Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends. 8. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and training to team members. 9. Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards. 10. Participate in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise architecture. Qualifications Required:
