A DAY IN THE LIFE Responsible for accurately processing weekly, multi-state for exempt and non-exempt employees. Collaborates to maintain the payroll databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Coordinates work processes that require a thorough working knowledge of payroll/human resource information systems, accounting functions, and payroll processes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience with exposure to tax laws, unions, and payroll regulations for multi-state and multi-company payroll. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Experience working with JDE, and Heavy Jobs preferred. Exposure to Prevailing wage.
