Need a Seasoned infrastructure engineer or Infrastructure Operations Engineer or Server Engineer - someone that will be working on servers - building and deploying servers Managed Windows Servers is required - it's a Windows environment so in-depth Windows Servers knowledge is needed Any LINUX is nice to have Full cycle support of servers - get servers set up - patching - respond to vulnerability mgmt. - deploying servers - manage and maintain servers - decom equipment ....etc Will redeploy physical security nationwide in 2025 - full rebuild of the environment next year Any experience with physical security SW such as Genetec / AMAG / HID is a plus 3-5 years experience NOT doing application support or security ops center - we support the applications that security ops center uses End to end build out of Windows Servers Full cycle support of servers (imaging new servers, supporting existing infrastructure, responding to vulnerabilities) decom or redeploy equipment working with data center teams for racking or unracking equipment or patching the servers; continuing ongoing maintenance role of a server admin to make sure OS is updated and proper scanning is done and being remediated, proper security protocols are being followed Description Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Corporate IT Contractor Job Summary The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture best practices and will be responsible for implementing and supporting physical and cloud infrastructure solutions for our Corporate Security stakeholders. Job Description Build/deploy Infrastructure Primarily Windows-based infrastructure: - Build and deploy infrastructure - image new servers reimage and redeploy servers. Ensure secure configurations are in place. Work with cybersecurity teams to implement or troubleshoot secure configurations where needed. - Cloud Management - Deploy manage optimize and maintain secure cloud infrastructure utilizing the Cloud Platform and possibly other related cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure where needed. - Decom end-of-life infrastructure Security Technical Hygiene: - Collaborate with broader technical and security teams to ensure all infrastructure environments adhere to relevant cybersecurity standards and security controls are in place - Configure servers to ensure vulnerability scanning is occurring - Ensure security logging is enabled - Perform monthly patching and vulnerability management updates Troubleshooting Support - Provide troubleshooting and support for infrastructure related issues - Work closely with application support teams ad coordinate change tickets and updates etc - Monitoring Optimization - Implement monitoring solutions assist with performance tuning and ensure systems have redundancy efficiency and high availability. Technical Qualifications: - 5 years hands-on experience supporting on-prem and cloud Infrastructure - Windows server experience a must other OS highly desirable - Experience with physical security technologies such as PAC controllers video management systems PIAM solutions and/or vendor experience with Genetec AMAG HID highly desirable. - Knowledge of networking concepts such as VPN load balancing and DNS in the cloud. - Experience and advanced understanding of cloud requirements around storage networking and security best practices. - Experience with cloud monitoring logging and alerting technology such as Grafana Datadog or equivalent. - Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Skills windows, windows server, linux, Server Engineer, Genetec, AMAG, HID Additional Skills & Qualifications Prefer West Chester if not possible then CTC in Philadelphia could work - With some travel to West Chester Doesn't have to be 5 days onsite - 3 or 4 days works Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
