ENTERPRISE AGILE COACH
TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is providing Agile Services to our client in LA. We are providing both Agile strategy and well as resources (Enterprise Agile Coaches down to Scrum Masters) This client's value stream has 5 different Groups. Each of the 5 Groups are at a different agile maturity level - from low maturity down to zero maturity (not yet launched). Currently, two of the five Groups have the support of an Enterprise Agile Coach supporting the Agile transformation. This Coach will collaborate with the other Coaches to come up with the right Training Plan & training content, then they will launch the other three teams and Coach them up to Agile maturity. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES *This Coach will be an important Agile evangelist across all 5 Groups in this value stream *Build the Training Plan with details - The training plans for these teams should take into consideration which trainings would be good across all Groups, versus which trainings should be tailored to a specific Group (or team). Will conduct and teach these trainings/classes/workshops *Conduct continuous Agile training with the impacted teams *Launch Agile teams Coach them on what good looks like *Continuous Coaching as the teams mature GENERAL DUTIES *As the Evangelist, this person is responsible for driving agile adoption (SAF) across the organization through oTraining Groups / teams oLaunching teams oCoaching and mentoring *Drive enterprise agility through lean portfolio management and value streams, using strong agile delivery knowledge, and using strong knowledge of ADO (which is their tool for lifecycle and backlog management). *Coaching for executives (Directors) and business partners such as Group Product Managers (GPM's) and Product Owners (PO). Will provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to these partners. *Collaborates with Agile Transformation Lead to execute strategies for agile adoption, monitor the adoption and evaluate quality of value stream epics, objectives and key results *Provide the highest level of coaching and education to address complex value stream and enterprise impediments and collaborating across the organization to ensure that delivery impediments are addressed and resolved appropriately. *Responsible for coaching and education of value streams and leadership on utilizing agile principles and values. *Facilitates universal application of best practices and processes needed to scale agile methodologies for organizational success *Helps value streams and leadership identify areas of improvement and facilitates interactive and action oriented discussions to drive continuous improvements leverages custom SAF to improve maturity across the enterprise. *Work to understand the agile transformation desired business outcomes, goals, priorities, and help to implement agile outcomes, capabilities, and practices across the enterprise. *Responsible for the creation, refinement, and execution of the transformation road map and backlog. *Participate in executive level reporting on transformation activities and agile maturity of teams , departments, and the enterprise. helps to establish standard reporting and dashboards of metrics *Responsible for implementing training programs. Ensures the IT organizations utilizing most up-to-date techniques by participating in continuous learning and education of changes in agile methodologies through workshops and training sessions. *Working closely with the Agile Transformation lead, proactively anticipates scaling impediments, opportunities for improvement, and facilitates events up to the value stream and enterprise level. *Skills* Agile, Scaled agile framework, Agile methodology, Agile transformation, Scaled agile *Top Skills Details* Agile,Scaled agile framework,Agile methodology,Agile transformation,Scaled agile *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Certifications (not required, but nice to have) *Agile coaching certified professional (ICP-ACC) or equivalent *Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master *SAFe certification (SPC) SOFT SKILLS *Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types *Excellent training, coaching and facilitation skills, especially in a virtual environment *Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives *Ability to build and nurture successful client relationships *Collaborative approach to decision-making on teams *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail *Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills *Proven ability to lead a diverse group toward resolution when faced with ambiguous situations ********* *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
