Customer Service Representative Start Date: February 10th Pay Rate: $20-21/hr (paid weekly) Location: Denver, CO, 80238 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. (Will only work 5 days, 40 hours/week) Job Description * Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers. * Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel. * Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel. * Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means. * Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service. Desired Skills & Qualifications * Face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin. * HS diploma or GED. * Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets. * 1 of the openings needs to be Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Prior work experience working with tile or construction material preferred but not required.
