*About the Role:* We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Consultant to join our team. This mid-senior level position will primarily support M365 applications, including Outlook, OneNote, mobile devices, OneDrive, and more. The role aims to alleviate the ticket workload from our current team and may involve some SharePoint and Teams support. This is a Tier 2-Tier 3 support role, with a separate team handling Tier 1 tickets. The consultant will also address a backlog of aged tickets, requiring internal coordination to determine ongoing support needs. We use ServiceNow for our ticketing system. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide Tier 2-Tier 3 support for M365 applications (Outlook, OneNote, mobile devices, OneDrive, etc.). * Assist with SharePoint and Teams support as needed. * Address and resolve aged tickets, coordinating with internal teams to confirm support requirements. * Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and resolution. *Required Skills:* * Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft, Active Directory, Office 365 (O365), OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint permissions. * Experience with migrating on-prem user home drives to OneDrive. * Experience with migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. * Experience with migrating from on-prem shared drives to Microsoft Teams. *Top Skills:* * SharePoint * Microsoft * Active Directory * Office 365 (O365) * OneNote * OneDrive *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00/hr.
